Dear Scott:

I want to thank you for the incredible weekend I had at your Leadership Awakening training the weekend of March 15. As we had discussed, I had apprehension about attending the training but you talked me into going and thank God I did. Your training helped me realize that even though I am living a happy and successful life, I have much more to give and become!

My family and everyone around me can see the bounce in my step and twinkle in my eye and want a little of what I got. I have committed to sending my entire management staff to your training and recommend all companies do the same. I look forward to taking my life and company to levels I have yet imagined.

[Letter to prospective student of Leadership Awakening]

I decide to write you this letter because I felt it important you get the perspective of someone who had completed the Empower U Leadership Awakening training. I called Scott V. Black with the intention of postponing attending his course, Scott talked me into going and I'm thankful he did. The weekend was one of the most challenging weekends of my life and one of the most rewarding. I am sending my entire management team through the course and believe my company will be much stronger because of it.

The first half of the weekend I kept asking myself, "What am I doing here?" Then things started falling into place and I realized what was going on. I learned what true passion and commitment to my family and business really means. I learned that even though I was working hard there was so much more to give. I wish I could be more specific but it's something you have to go through yourself and I recommend you do.
